The Skin
If you followed me for a while you know my usual issues: pores, skin tone, and occasional (and very pesky) acne.
I’ve tried a lot of good skincare but one thing I always come back to is Niacinamide and particularly this serum The Ordinary’s Niacinamide+Zinc. The glow, smaller pores, reduced breakouts, you name it! And the best part it’s so affordable- no, crazy affordable! It’s under $10 for a smaller version and just a little over $10 for the bigger droplet.
I’m so confident while using it I was I would drop off my sweetie pie to school sans make up! Btw these photos aren’t edited one bit and zero make up too!
The Lashes
One day I was quickly putting on some serum before dropping off my little buddy to school and have noticed my lashes looked as if they weren’t there! I mean I wasn’t wearing mascara but still … they were unnoticeable if you looked straight on. So when I was due to get another N+Z I decided to try the lash serum. I’ve used other brands before and wasn’t particularly impressed.
Was I in for a shocker!!!
After only a couple of uses I started getting fluffy, seriously pretty, long, noticeable lashes! 🙂 Pleased doesn’t begin to describe it! And it’s only $14.50!!!
The Break
Why did I mention above ‘I always come back to’? Well, here is the thing: my skin is crazy; after a while it gets used to a product and I have to stop/switch off for a while for it to become effective again… I know it’s ‘bananas’ but it’s been like this for as long as! So sometimes I stop certain things, yes, even favorites…! But usually 3-4 days or a week would do it.
